Local Storage

The majority of your personal data—including your profile, wardrobe inventory, style preferences, and feedback history—is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data does not leave your device except as described in Section 5 below.

Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Locally stored data persists on your device until you manually clear it through the App's settings ("Reset All Data") or uninstall the App. We do not maintain persistent server-side copies of your personal content. Limited data may be processed transiently by our service providers (e.g., weather and AI providers) as described in Section 5, and standard service logs may be retained by those providers in accordance with their own data retention policies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Dresr does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

Weather Data Providers

Your location is resolved to a city name and transmitted to third-party weather APIs via our secure server proxy solely to retrieve weather data. Your raw GPS coordinates are not sent directly to third-party weather providers. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and do not receive your name, wardrobe data, or other personal information.

AI Service Providers

To generate personalized outfit recommendations, the App transmits your wardrobe item names, associated color tags, current weather conditions, your style preference filter, and your style mode (e.g., casual, business, athletic) to third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. This data is sent in a non-identifiable format and does not include your name, location coordinates, photographs, or any other personally identifiable information. We instruct our AI service providers to process this data solely to generate outfit suggestions and not to use it to train their models, subject to the terms of our agreements with those providers.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dresr, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the App or email of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Location Access

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device's settings. Please note that disabling location access will prevent the App from providing weather-based recommendations.

Push Notifications

You may enable or disable morning and evening outfit notifications through the App's settings or your device's notification settings.

Data Deletion

You may delete all locally stored data at any time by using the "Reset All Data" option in the App's settings. Alternatively, uninstalling the App will remove all associated local data from your device.

Access and Correction

You may view and modify your profile information, wardrobe, and preferences at any time through the App's settings screens.

Camera and Photo Library

The App may request access to your device's camera or photo library solely for the purpose of adding photographs of your wardrobe items. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not intentionally uploaded to our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If we become aware that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
